I work with local businesses (clinics, barbers, restaurants, auto shops, etc.) and I want to offer them a voice AI appointment system that can handle calls automatically. I’m looking for someone to build the workflow in n8n, where when a client calls, the AI agent can: Book an appointment Reschedule an appointment Cancel an appointment Handle general questions (e.g. hours, services, pricing) 🔧 Tech Requirements: Twilio Voice (for receiving and making calls) Speech-to-text + text-to-speech integration OpenAI API (to understand intent and reply naturally) Google Calendar or other booking API for managing appointments SMS/email notification after bookings, reschedules, or cancellations All logic built in n8n (visual, reusable workflow) 🎯 Goal: To create a modular system I can clone and resell to multiple local businesses. Each business should have its own API keys and calendar integration but run from the same workflow structure. If you have experience connecting Twilio + n8n + OpenAI, please share examples or demos.
