Role Overview We’re looking for an AI Agent Engineer to design and scale custom AI agents in Python (and/or using workflow automation platforms like n8n, LangGraph, Relevance AI) to automate recruitment workflows end-to-end. These agents will power the Synapse hiring engine by handling: - Candidate sourcing & enrichment (finding, enriching, and ranking top-fit candidates). - Outreach automation (personalized communication across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). - Auto-submitting candidates into client systems - Responder agents (classifying replies, collecting missing info, scheduling next steps). - Interview coordination & prep (detecting invites, sending reminders, generating prep guides). - Business development automation (lead gen, enrichment, multi-channel outreach, client responders). The focus is on building scalable, production-grade agents that reduce manual recruiter work, accelerate hiring cycles, and ensure every candidate and client interaction is handled intelligently.
