Welcome to the first-ever NBA-licensed restaurant in North America — a premium casual dining experience where the energy of the game meets a globally inspired food program. With 250 indoor seats, 200 outdoor seats, and an integrated NBA retail shop, we’re redefining what it means to dine courtside.

The Role

We’re scouting for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our starting lineup. You’ll work in close partnership with the General Manager—supporting, challenging, and pushing them to elevate performance, drive innovation, and continuously improve the guest experience and team culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends office strategy with on-the-floor presence during peak hours.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Leadership

• Support the GM in day-to-day operations and strategic planning
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and retail staff
• Oversee scheduling, inventory (LWB), and smallwares management
• Ensure compliance with NBA brand standards and league requirements

Guest Experience & Culture

• Champion a guest-first mindset across all touchpoints
• Be present and visible during service — lead by example
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace culture
• Handle conflict resolution and team coaching with professionalism

Training & Development

• Create and implement onboarding and training programs
• Promote internal growth and career development
• Collaborate on special events and activations

What You Bring

✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience as an AGM in a high-volume restaurant

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Proficiency in POS systems, Excel, Push Operations (or similar)

✅ Proven success in team development and operational excellence

✅ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to the U.S. occasionally Bonus: You’re an NBA fan and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
