Job Summary:

The After school Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and engaging operation of the school extended care program. This role involves supervising children, planning and leading age-appropriate activities, ensuring a positive and structured environment, and maintaining clear communication with parents, staff, and school principal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of campers during before/after care hours.
• Plan and facilitate fun, inclusive activities (games, crafts, etc.) that align with camp values.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and follow camp policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and camp administrators.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and organization of program materials.
• Address behavioral or logistical issues in a patient and professional manner.
