Summary: We are currently seeking a new Affinity and Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary. The Strategic Engagement Team has a diverse portfolio: managing bar partnerships, live events, monthly meetups, Clio’s CLE and marketing webinars, channel marketing, and the execution of our company’s annual conference, ClioCon. What you’ll work on: Coordinating logistics for our industry shows, including shipping swag, getting hotel and flights booked, researching venues and event activations, and organizing corresponding marketing materials and campaigns. Assisting with programmatic planning for our virtual events program, including using project management tools to organize emails, landing pages, supporting our WHLFUC series, and other logistics. Supporting our partnerships teams with reporting, partner onboarding and communications, project management, shipping and logistics, and other administrative tasks. Performing administrative tasks across the Affinity Team portfolio, including but not limited to website and KM maintenance, consolidation of reports, expense reconciliation, and project management assistance. Working with ClioCon stakeholders to move various projects forward, including but not limited to email correspondence with conference attendees, speakers, and sponsors, project management assistance, report consolidation, internal volunteer enablement and coordination, and other administrative tasks. Working within your team to communicate the status and results of multiple projects Participating in brainstorming sessions around event development and ongoing program strategy. Assist in maintaining resources for internal teams on key data points about Strategic Engagement team programs and share that information frequently. What you should have: 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, or partnerships. Strong project management skills, with the ability to create your own process that allows you to map out an efficient workday and prioritize competing deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, and unafraid of asking questions Care about working as a team and supporting the growth of marketing programs Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-volume, data-driven environment Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly Serious bonus points if you: You are interested in or have exposure to the legal industry You know how to use Google Suite (docs, sheets, forms, slides) and Slack #LI-HYBRID What you will find here: Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location. *We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
