📌 Role Overview XMartial is looking for an Affiliates, Sales & Social Media Manager with a background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, or combat sports. This role focuses on building our affiliate network, managing influencers, driving bulk sales, and leading social media engagement to expand our reach in the combat sports community. 💰 Compensation Base pay + Commissions: 10% on affiliate-driven sales from influencers you onboard 17% on closed bulk orders 15% on sales generated through XMartial’s Instagram affiliate link 🎯 Performance Targets Influencer Growth: Onboard 2 macro influencers + 5 micro influencers monthly (YouTubers, affiliate websites, gym partnerships) → Minimum $1,000/month in affiliate sales Bulk Orders: Close 1 bulk order monthly with gyms, athletes, or training facilities Social Media: Post weekly content + maintain daily engagement with the community 📝 Key Responsibilities 🔎 Identify, recruit, and manage macro & micro influencers for affiliate marketing 🤝 Strengthen relationships with influencers and gyms to drive sales 🏋️ Develop and close bulk order opportunities with athletes and training facilities 📱 Lead Instagram content posting and community engagement to grow reach 📦 Manage affiliate-driven sales and ensure smooth fulfillment of bulk orders 📊 Track performance and provide actionable reports on affiliate, sales, and social results ✅ Requirements 🥋 Strong background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, or related combat sports 💼 Experience in sales, influencer management, or affiliate marketing 📲 Skilled in social media strategy and content management (Instagram focus) 🗣️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills 🔥 Driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently 📊 Performance Tracking Weekly influencer and affiliate progress reports Biweekly reviews on outreach and bulk sales initiatives Monthly performance reporting on sales and social growth
