The various advertisements will run on adult and social sites.. What You’ll Do Design and edit high-performing marketing videos optimized for user acquisition. Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Pika, or Stable Diffusion to enhance production speed and creativity. Optimize videos for multiple formats and platforms (short-form, pre-rolls, etc.). Implement data-driven creative decisions based on engagement and conversion metrics. Requirements 4+ years in video editing, post-production, or performance marketing. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and conversion-focused design. Experience using AI or generative tools in your workflow. Fluent English and strong collaboration skills. Comfortable working with adult-oriented or mature virtual experience content (strictly within platform guidelines). Nice-to-Have Prior experience in dating, social apps, gaming, or e-commerce ad production. Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM).
