Required Qualifications & Skills • 3-5 years of paid search experience (agency or in-house) with hands- on work in Google Ads. • Hands-on experience with feed management and product data optimization (e.g., Merchant Center, supplemental feeds) to support ecommerce and retail search campaigns. • Proven ability to launch and manage full-funnel search campaigns across multiple product lines or retail categories. • Familiarity with ecommerce and retail media environments, including product availability, pricing, and promotional alignment. • Experience leveraging Shopping, Performance Max, and feed-based campaign formats to drive measurable business results. • Strong analytical mindset: comfort with large data sets, Excel (or Google Sheets), building pivot tables, simple scripting or query tools (SQL/BigQuery) a plus. • Experience managing ROAS or CPA-driven campaigns and reporting to senior stakeholders. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; past experience working cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, creative, analytics) preferred. • Retail or ecommerce media experience strongly preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and pivot quickly between strategic and tactical activities Qualifications: • Experience with Search Ads 360 or similar platforms. • Exposure to performance-social media (or actual working experience) is considered a big plus! • Local market campaign execution (Canada) including geo/city targeting and location-based bidding. • Understanding of retail media ecosystems (in-store vs online, omni- channel measurement) Our commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
