Qualifications
-Minimum of a 2 year Diploma in Office Administration
-80% overall average
-G Class license
-Ability and willingness to travel
-Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. The ability to establish systems, documentation, and processes to increase efficiency is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience using contract management or financial systems being a plus.
-Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills are crucial for working with executives, vendors, and clients.
-Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and reasoning abilities for handling conflict and making decisions.
-Work Ethic: A proactive, self-starter with a confident work ethic based on integrity, passion, and accountability.
