JOB DETAILS Canada Vertex Immigration Ltd. (CVI) – Edmonton, AB (Remote/Hybrid option available) Canada Vertex Immigration is a trusted immigration consulting firm helping individuals and families achieve their Canadian dream. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant / Administrative Office Assistant to join our growing team. --- ✅ Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the RCIC and case managers. Draft, proofread, and organize immigration forms and supporting letters. Handle email communication, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups. Maintain filing systems, records, and client databases. Assist with marketing tasks (social media posting, website updates, newsletters). Conduct research on IRCC/ESDC updates, provincial programs, and immigration pathways. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with CICC/IRCC regulations. --- 🎓 Qualifications: Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant (immigration experience an asset). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Tagalog is an asset). Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes (work permits, LMIA, PR, PNP, sponsorships, etc.) preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
