Keyera Career Opportunity Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) The Position Keyera is seeking an entry-level, full-time Administrative Assistant to support both the Liquids Infrastructure Regional Office in Sherwood Park, (3 days per week) and the Fort Saskatchewan Facility, (2 days per week). This role will report directly to the Director, LI Terminals & Pipelines. The successful candidate will be a well-organized, energetic, and service-oriented team player, acting as an ambassador of Keyera’s Cultural Behaviors and Corporate Values. Responsibilities General Administrative Support Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier services, and mail runs. Coordinate meeting room reservations, catering, and events when required. Order office supplies (e.g., stationery, binders, envelopes, coffee supplies) and assist with inventory. Restock supplies across offices and plant areas (including paper and coffee). Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as coffee stations and lunchrooms. Operations and Engineering Administrative tasks (enter PRs, Maximo assistance, etc.) Provide administrative support to social committee. Document & Data Management Organize and file documents (both electronic and hard copy) for Sherwood Park and Fort Saskatchewan operations. Document control for offsite storage. Manage and update company phone directories, safety manuals, databases, and spreadsheets. File Safe Work Permits and other controlled documents in the appropriate locations. Enter Safety Inspections in Maximo. Collect, track, and file packing slips, FHLA cards, and other plant documentation. Enter operational data into spreadsheets and reporting systems (e.g., disposal well spreadsheets, leakage/brine reports). Financial & Operational Support Code and confirm invoices. Track and order janitorial stock. Coordinate and track employee moves and relocations. Additional Duties Run errands in town as required. Lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds. Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with adaptability to learning new applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide timely and relevant feedback. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Team-focused, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively. Commitment to ensuring a safe, supportive, and productive work environment. Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
