We are looking for an Bilingual Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic, people-focused, and passionate team in the heart of downtown Montreal. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy both client service and social media, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of service in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
* Demonstrate team spirit and flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities.
* Handle client reception, answer calls, and schedule appointments.
* Prepare and update client files before and after meetings.
* Prepare, send, and meticulously follow up on various files and forms.
* Take charge of marketing content (newsletters, website, blog, social media, etc.).
* Perform various tasks to free up time for the portfolio manager.
Qualifications
* Positive, proactive, and very meticulous person with a recognized attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple files simultaneously.
* French and English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and comfortable working with computer tools.
* University (bachelor's), college, or professional degree related to the position.
* Major Assets:
* Relevant experience in the financial sector or administrative experience.
* Experience with social media, website management, and best practices.
* Basic knowledge of finance and investments.
* Successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
