Join Medavie Health Services West (MHSW) and play a vital role in supporting health care operations! We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Administrator. This position is key to ensuring smooth business operations, accurate health record management, and exceptional service for patients and partners. What You’ll Do Manage Health Records: Oversee collection, entry, storage, and release of confidential patient information in compliance with company policy and HIPA regulations. Handle Billing & Payments: Process ePCR patient billing, receive payments, prepare daily bank deposits, and monitor accounts receivable. Provide Front-Line Support: Greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain Records & Filing: Input Patient Care Reports (PCRs), track missing reports, and audit PCRs for quality assurance compliance. Support Operations: Prioritize communications, assist with projects, and ensure efficient workflow processes. What You Bring Post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years in an office environment; health care sector experience is an asset. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong MS Office and computer proficiency. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential medical information.
