- Prepare and deposit bank transaction
- Receive, verify, and process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy.
- Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist with month-end and year- end closing procedures
- Post and apply customer payments (cheques, EFTs, credit card) to outstanding invoices.


Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Post secondary education or a diploma in Accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
