Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile transactions across multiple Stripe accounts on a regular basis
- Review and reconcile the incoming and outgoing transactions from Amazon and PayPal
- Match receipts and supporting documentation to company credit card transactions
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between payments records and financial statements
- Work closely with team members from the accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close.
- Maintain organized records of reconciliations and financial documentation
- Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline reconciliation workflows
- Prepare regular reports an summaries of reconciliation activities for management review.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations
- Experience working with Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Seller/Vendor system, and credit card platforms
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/systems simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with Zoho books is a plus
