Responsibilities
In this role, there will be:
Account Management:
• Successfully manage multiple assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Proactively develop and implement strategies for annual shareholder meetings, acquisitions (both hostile and friendly), proxy contests, and corporate governance issues.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and coordinate the efforts of the working group, including issuers, legal counsel, PR firms, investment bankers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of action items and adherence to deadlines.
Document Review and Feedback:
• Review campaign-related documents and provide insightful comments to the working group to enhance the overall quality and impact.
Communication Support:
• Assist in drafting shareholder letters, press releases, and other communication materials as required.
• Thoroughly review shareholder materials, ensuring all program nuances are noted and understood for accurate dissemination.
Reporting:
• Provide clients with accurate, detailed, and timely reports on campaign progress and outcomes.
Regulatory Knowledge:
• Stay updated on industry rules and regulations to ensure compliance and effective campaign management.
Qualifications

• Related experience in the Capital Markets industry.
• Proven experience in managing multiple accounts and leading successful campaigns.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and document review abilities.

• Superior critical thinking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Canadian Securities Course is an asset.
