Role Description
This position needs a sales talent with great team spirit and the talent to lead. Your role needs a strong value driven sales motion to develop new business and expand the footprint within our customers, who are leaders in their industry.
- Address sustainability, resilience, and worker shortage topics for customers.
- Support companies in achieving their goals and staying competitive with solutions for digitalization and enabling the digital thread.
- Lead a skilled team from different PTC experts, providing leadership, account strategy, motivation, empathy, and orchestration.
- Ensure and expand existing business with a customer-first mentality, building trustful relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Successful and proven sales track record (Enterprise Software/Solutions) with a minimum of 5 years of full cycle sales experience in an industrial setting.
- Experience in actively driving strategic prospecting, account planning, and account development.
- Team player with a leadership attitude.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop a broad network at clients and partners.
- Swedish language native or full professional proficiency is mandatory.
