Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate and driven New Business Account Executive with a consultative approach and a genuine desire to help care providers improve outcomes.

  • Focus on growing our footprint in the Care sector
  • Identify opportunities and build trusted relationships
  • Deliver tailored solutions that showcase the impact of Access Care technology
  • Develop new business opportunities within residential and care homes
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and tailor proposals to their needs
  • Understand our solutions and sector-specific procurement processes to exceed targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and represent Access at care sector events

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a strong drive to exceed targets
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
  • Knowledge of the Care sector is highly desirable
  • GCSEs in Maths and English required
