Role Description
We’re looking for a passionate and driven New Business Account Executive with a consultative approach and a genuine desire to help care providers improve outcomes.
- Focus on growing our footprint in the Care sector
- Identify opportunities and build trusted relationships
- Deliver tailored solutions that showcase the impact of Access Care technology
- Develop new business opportunities within residential and care homes
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and tailor proposals to their needs
- Understand our solutions and sector-specific procurement processes to exceed targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and represent Access at care sector events
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong drive to exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
- Knowledge of the Care sector is highly desirable
- GCSEs in Maths and English required
