- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, managing communications, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with both existing and new clients across strategic verticals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with business goals, driving both retention and growth
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate on tailored proposals and value-driven presentations.
- Drive new business development through your own network and proactive outreach, contributing to a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, delivery, and product—to ensure alignment on goals and client needs.
- Oversee contract negotiations and contribute to strategic pricing and proposals.
- Mentor and guide account managers, fostering professional development and team performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in account management—preferably in a market research setting.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or business development, specifically in the Market Research/Insights sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience with contract negotiation and strategic account planning.
- Experience working with a CRM to manage sales and marketing activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, client-first mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Highly organized with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across all levels of client organizations.
- Eager to lead and develop others with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
