We are looking to add top talent to join our strong team where our focus is providing RPO workforce solutions to our client. Our client is a global technology platform. This is a remote W2 contract position with a duration of 6+ months.

This role is vital in ensuring we provide best-in-class workplace accommodations and ADA experiences to our employees. Putting the employee first, this role would work to resolve leave of absence issues and address requests for accommodations or return to work restrictions in a timely manner by creating and fostering credibility with employees, stakeholders, and both internal and external partners. They would provide advice and counsel as appropriate and act as a liaison between all parties when necessary to mitigate risk to our client through accurate handling of requests and communications. They are responsible for providing subject matter expertise while developing and supporting processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end case management by serving as a subject matter expert on the accommodation process, including administering the interactive process by understanding the employees’ restrictions and needs for a reasonable accommodation, brainstorming potential solutions by reviewing the essential job functions provided by the business, and partnering with HR business partners and leaders to implement accommodations.

  • Manage the absence and accommodation program, by strategizing and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and developing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

  • Maintain regular contact with employees, leaders, HR business partners, Legal/ER, vendors, and other key stakeholders regarding progress and status of accommodations and leaves of absences; assist in the resolution of any challenges related to absence and accommodations.

  • Leverage key data and insights to identify and influence opportunities for improvement in employee experiences, operational efficiency, and strategic enhancements, prioritized in the appropriate governing body

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, annual reporting, system configurations, and by researching requests based on country specific regulations.

  • Effectively manage complex projects and deadlines, while partnering with technical teams and payroll to ensure accuracy of employee data and functionality of electronic data interfaces with partner vendors.

  • Provide consultation and coaching on workplace accommodations by acting as an advocate for the accommodations process and providing educational support with a focus on problem solving and creative solutions

  • Document communications and necessary regulatory forms, provide operational reports, and service analytics, including ad hoc reports.

  • Drive change through effective program management, while driving employee engagement and delivering effective communications.

  • Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion while leveraging our clients policies, practices, and standards.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 5 years of comprehensive Accommodations and ADA (Corporate America)
  • Understanding of ADA and Nero Diversity

  • Deep knowledge of federal and state disability and accommodation laws, in addition to understanding the workplace accommodation process, specifically ADA/ADAA, PWFA, PUMP act,  and FMLA, etc.

  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work with autonomy through ambiguous circumstances.

  • Strong business judgment and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done.

  • Successful record of building operational processes and procedures with a focus on continuously improving programs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization and influence business leaders.

  • Previous experience with HRIS/Payroll systems; Workday experience preferred

  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality in maintaining integrity internally and externally with HR data.

Minimum Salary: 60-65/hr.
