About
I need a 3D model for a cremation urn that will be printed on a Bambu X1C using wood filament. The final outer dimensions must be 9.06 inches tall, 6.5 inches wide, and 6.5 inches deep. Please model everything in millimeters. Make sure the model fits within a 256×256×256 mm build volume. Please deliver the following file types: STL (final print-ready), STEP (editable), and optionally 3MF if the model includes multiple parts. The model must be watertight, manifold, and free of mesh errors. All normals should face outward. Use a minimum wall thickness of 3–5 mm for wood filament, with a base thickness of 8–12 mm for stability. Avoid thin decorative details since wood filament is more brittle. The urn should consist of a main body and a separate lid. The lid can be friction-fit, snap-fit, or twist-lock. If you choose one, please tell me which mechanism you used. Please design with printing in mind: avoid overhangs greater than 45 degrees, ensure internal cavities are easy to support, and avoid floating or non-connected geometry. Use gentle curves or chamfers instead of sharp unsupported edges. When you deliver the files, please include your recommended print orientation and any slicer notes needed for wood filament (recommended layer height around 0.2 mm). Let me know if you need anything else before starting. I am flexible on cost, I'm most interested in finding a freelancer that does great work and is reliable. Thanks
