We are seeking an experienced designer to create detailed 3D designs and plans,we have a client who’s interested in having a custom home designed. He’s looking for a modern approximately 4,000 sq. ft., all on one floor with high ceilings, plus a loft. Here are the key features he’d like included: Main Floor Two bedrooms Office Large open-concept kitchen with island Open living room with 18 ft. ceilings, wood beams, and fireplace Lots of glass/windows throughout Garage 8-car capacity Loft area above Bar/sitting area with 18 ft. ceilings Living room or office must have glass walls overlooking the garage I’ve attached some reference images for inspiration, along with a rough sketch of the house. The client is still undecided on moving forward, but I believe if we can show him a strong layout and 3D rendering, it may help him commit to the project.The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects and expertise in modern architecture design.
