Job Description Opportunity to join the Creative Services department at RBC, supporting brand-driven design projects. What is the opportunity? Join the Creative Services team at RBC and gain hands-on experience supporting brand-driven projects that shape how our customers and employees experience and engage with RBC communications, marketing campaigns and in-branch content. This role is ideal for a student passionate about creativity, design, or modern marketing, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic corporate environment. What will you do? Assist in coordinating creative projects (e.g., campaigns, digital assets, print materials) by liaising with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders. Support asset management tasks, including organizing digital files, updating brand guidelines, and ensuring compliance with RBC’s visual standards. Help prepare presentations, mood boards, and project briefs for internal reviews. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor branding, and emerging creative tools/technologies. Contribute to administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, documentation, vendor coordination) to streamline team workflows. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Currently pursuing post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm Collaborative mindset with excellent verbal/written communication skills. Familiarity with brand principles or digital media is a plus.
