Who We’re Looking For

  • A desire to help consumers lower energy consumption and improve home value
  • Solid basic computer skills
  • High-speed internet, computer, and headset (for work-from-home roles)
  • Ability to work independently and follow policies and procedures precisely
  • Strong organizational and processing skills
  • High ethical standards
  • Comfortable with cold calling and phone outreach

What You’ll Do

  • Appointment Setter:

Make outbound and take inbound calls and texts from homeowners, educate them on energy upgrades, and schedule in-home appointments.

  • Manager-in-Training (In-Home Sales):

Attend pre-set appointments, guide customers through energy upgrade options, close deals, and work toward recruiting and managing your own team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $58,420.00 - $67,694.00 per year
