We're looking for a strategic, innovative, Senior Manager, Strategic & Brand Partnerships to join our Canadian Product & Marketing team. As Starbucks Canada's partnerships' leader, you will be charged with establishing and stewarding a multi-year partnerships strategy, leading and developing direct reports, nurturing and cultivating relationships with complimentary brands, loyalty programs and delivery providers. This role presents a unique opportunity to both nurture a strong roster of existing strategic partners and envision the future of partnerships for Starbucks Canada. As a Senior Manager, Brand & Strategic Partnerships, you will: Lead the Canadian partnerships team meaningfully growing team culture, coaching and supporting direct reports, & ensuring team enablement. Steward Canada's multi-year partnerships strategy spanning brand, loyalty & delivery amplifying cultural relevance, brand affinity and loyalty. Lead business development with existing and new strategic partners, cultivating strong external relationships, championing collaboration & leading contract negotiation. Support the development of annual go-to-market plans with each strategic partner spanning media, communication, activations & offers. Lead and expand the Starbucks delivery channel through business development, go-to-market planning and leadership of a direct report. Foster connection with the Starbucks' global partnerships team, enabling the domestic application of global partnerships that align with Canadian business objectives. Work in collaboration across the Canadian marketing team ensuring brand and strategic partnerships fuel shared customer objectives. We'd love to hear from people with: 8+ years of experience in loyalty, brand and/or delivery partnerships Track record of developing direct reports and elevating team culture Business development experience supporting contract negotiation, partnership governance, curating and leveraging external networks and relationship development Proven experience working across broad spectrum internal and external teams including media & creative agencies, finance, & marketing operations Strong presentation skills & executive presence with experience engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders Direct oversight or support of brand collaborations is considered an asset Compensation & Benefits The typical hiring range for this position is $102,600.00 - $147,260.00 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
