- Process, monitor and track manual and electronic orders, troubleshooting operational and systemic issues to ensure timely delivery. Provide proactive solutions and options to customers while maintaining strong relationships through world-class service. Partner with distribution, transportation, forecasting, and planning teams to meet customer expectations for fulfillment and delivery. 4. Returns, Credits & Claims Research and process credits, returns, and freight claims promptly to ensure accurate billing and profitability. 5. Inventory & Shipment Analysis Evaluate inventory availability and inbound shipment timing, making quick decisions to resolve order challenges. 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Pull data from business intelligence tools to analyze service performance, identify gaps, and present monthly scorecards to leadership. 7. Error Management & Escalation Monitor and resolve service failures (e.g., backorders, cancellations, freight incidents) and escalate systemic issues for improvement. 8. Continuous Improvement & Advocacy Participate in cross-functional projects, stay current on product updates, pricing, and promotions. 9.
