We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can help us develop and test ad concepts that actually convert. If you understand both the data side of paid ads and the creative side of storytelling, this role is for you. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Review Meta ad data to spot what’s working (ROAS, hook rate, hold rate, etc.) • Build short creative briefs for video editors and UGC creators • Turn winning ads into meaningful variations — not just color or CTA swaps • Come up with new hooks and story angles based on insights and audience psychology • Collaborate with the founder, editors, and media buyers to scale what performs ⸻ What We’re Looking For • You’ve worked on performance-driven ads (DTC, UGC, or Meta/TikTok preferred) • You understand ad metrics and creative testing • You can write clear ad hooks and briefs • You know what’s realistic to produce in editing (Premiere, CapCut, etc.) • You communicate clearly and take feedback fast Backgrounds that often fit well: Video editors, media buyers, UGC creators, or copywriters who understand short-form storytelling. ⸻ Why This Role Matters You’ll be helping us scale multiple fast-growing e-commerce brands by creating the type of content people actually watch and buy from.
