We’re looking for a high-level Media Buyer who lives and breathes digital advertising — someone who can not only manage ads but develop creative strategies that convert. You’ll be responsible for running and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok, and for crafting scroll-stopping ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) that drive measurable results. If you’re an analytical thinker with a creative edge — someone who can balance data-driven optimization with strong storytelling — we want to hear from you. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok • Develop and test new creative concepts (video scripts, visuals, hooks, copywriting) • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve ROAS and CPA • Perform audience research and competitor analysis to guide campaign direction • Collaborate with our team to develop strategic media plans that align with business goals • Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and new ad formats ⸻ Requirements: • Proven track record managing profitable campaigns on at least 3 of the 4 main platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Instagram) • Strong understanding of creative strategy and funnel psychology • Experience with A/B testing, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization • Ability to craft high-converting ad copy and direct visual creative production • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make fast, informed decisions • Excellent English communication skills ⸻ Nice to Have: • Experience in eCommerce, cosmetics, or wellness niches • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or Motion Graphics tools • Knowledge of email marketing or landing page optimization ⸻ Why Work With Us: • Work on exciting, fast-growing brands with real budgets • Creative freedom + data-driven execution • Long-term collaboration if performance is strong ⸻ How to Apply: Please send: 1.
