About Us: We’re a fast-scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand in the beauty & lifestyle space. Our products are designed to stand out, and we’ve built a community that values innovation, storytelling, and authenticity. We’re looking for a sharp, creative E-Commerce Copywriter who can craft scroll-stopping ad copy, high-converting product descriptions, email campaigns, and storytelling-driven landing pages. The Role: We want someone who: Writes with clarity, persuasion, and creativity (no fluff). Understands direct-response principles (AIDA, PAS, Eugene Schwartz levels of awareness). Can match tone and voice to our brand while keeping copy conversion-focused. Knows how to make copy feel native on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Taboola. Has experience writing specifically for DTC brands (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, etc.). What You’ll Be Working On: Ad copy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Landing pages & advertorials. Occasional scripts for UGC and influencer content. What We’re Looking For in Applicants: A strong portfolio: please send us your BEST creatives (ads, landing pages) that show results, not just words. An introduction: tell us about yourself, your style of copywriting, and why you think you’re a fit for a fast-moving DTC brand. A peek into your mindset: let us know what type of books you read (marketing, psychology, fiction, anything) — this helps us understand how you think and where you get inspiration from. Nice to Have (But Not Required): Experience with beauty, cosmetics, or wellness products. Understanding of e-commerce CRO (conversion rate optimization). Knowledge of performance creative testing (headlines, hooks, angles). Details: Hours: Flexible, project-based to start, with potential for long-term retainer.
