As a core member of our Health & Nutrition team, you will design and develop engaging, science-backed content for our English-speaking audience. You will translate complex medical topics into clear, actionable guidance to support members at every stage of their wellness journey—stretching from optimized nutrition to metabolic health and longevity. This role blends content strategy, writing, editing, and project management; ideal candidates are self-driven, eager to dive into research, and passionate about empowering others through knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Strategy
Collaborate with leadership and clinical experts to outline program objectives, target metrics, and user outcomes.
Analyze member feedback, performance data, and industry trends to refine content roadmaps.
Help define new initiatives (e.g., specialized nutrition modules, metabolic health courses) and devise testing plans to measure impact on engagement and retention.
Content Creation & Quality Control
Research and write clear, compelling text modules on nutrition, dietary biochemistry, metabolic health, meal planning, supplement fundamentals, and related topics.
Ensure each lesson or article aligns with our evidence-informed philosophy—citing high-quality sources, clinical guidelines, and best practices.
Rigorously fact-check and copyedit peer- and vendor-produced materials, ensuring scientific accuracy, readability, and brand consistency.
Multimedia Coordination
Develop concise scripts and storyboards for short instructional videos (e.g., “How macronutrients affect insulin sensitivity,” “Crafting a balanced longevity plate”).
Liaise with freelance videographers, graphic designers, and animators to assemble polished assets that reinforce written content.
Provide ongoing feedback during editing, ensuring voice, tone, and level of detail are aligned with audience needs.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Home‐Office & Time Tracking: Maintain a dedicated, distraction‐free home office. Track your work hours daily and submit a weekly timesheet for review to ensure accurate project billing and resource allocation.
Maintain a rolling project calendar: set deadlines, track milestones, and proactively flag blockers.
Work closely with our team ti implement content within our digital platform—optimizing layouts, interactive elements, and assessments.
Partner with Marketing to repurpose key insights into blog posts, social media snippets, newsletters, and member emails.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutritional Science, Dietetics, Public Health, Biology, or related field.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of health & wellness principles—macronutrient functions, gut health, blood sugar regulation, and related topics.
Writing & Editing Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English; able to translate clinical studies into actionable, member-friendly guidance.
Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple deliverables—documenting timelines clearly, coordinating with external vendors, and delivering on schedule.
Tech Savviness: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), basic HTML/Markdown, and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion).
Self-Starter & Team Player: Thrives in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates ownership over projects from concept to publication. Eager to help shape and refine processes, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
Passion for Prevention: Deep interest in our mission—helping members “Own Their Health” through evidence-informed, proactive health strategies.
Home‐Office & Time Management: Must maintain a consistent, dedicated home‐office workspace. Comfortable tracking your time daily and submitting a weekly timesheet for accurate project accounting and performance reviews.
